Luckily there is freedom of choice and I have already given notice. I can’t wait to never see my arrogant manager again. When I applied for a job here, I knew roughly what to expect and that this is not an ideal company. But I really never thought I would regret ever applying here. Anyone else who made a mistake of coming here from better company? I didn’t have much experience, but in both companies I worked at previously I was better off than here.

Those who call others corporate goons ARE the corporate goons
Okay this is a joke right!!! Called out 4 times within a few months, running late. Why are you surprised the Manager was doing their job. Associates like you are bad for the entire team. Please I hope that your gone from BBB. We don't want to work with associates that don't want to work! Get it together and grow up.
None of the posts on here are fake you corporate goon! Why do you spread hate? Corporate goons are the worst.
Blame the employees
Blame the marketing
Blame the supply chain
How long before it’s the customers fault?
I think about 75 percent of the pists on here are fake. Just leave already..you sound very "entitled" and bitter. And someone on here lasted less then 2 months but reads this board? That makes no sense ..why do people feel like they have to announce they are leaving and ask others if they share their misery? Move on
Oh the arrogance of the doomed.
Keep rearranging those deck chairs people. Full speed ahead.
It was the icebergs fault after all!
Wasn’t it?
I lasted less then two months! What a horrible experience I had. Not only were we short staffed but the SM was a total dictator. Hid in her office while she had a laundry list of tasks for her employees to do. I saw the light fast and got out as soon as possible
BBB is horrible. I’ve only been here a few months but this is by far the worst place to work ever in the history of places to work. My first day they made me sit in an office and fill out all this paperwork, sign here, sign there. Horrible. Then they made me spend time with this old lady who wouldn’t leave me alone and kept tying to get me to do things in the store. She was so annoying telling me she could show me how to do everything. I was like, hello, I just want to work here and don’t need to do all that stuff. Then they get mad at you when you come in late even though it’s not my fault I didn’t have any money on my bus pass. Then about three weeks after I was hired the manager pulled me in the office to yell at me for calling out sick. I only called out four times but he said that was too much. This place has such unrealistic expectations it’s no wonder nobody wants to work here. It’s really annoying when these uptight arrogant managers come by to tell you to do something, I mean what are they doing that they can’t just do it themselves. I didn’t apply for this treatment.
Well, whoopty doodah zippity zoink. Life's not fair. Get a helmet.
