It seems like everything is just dumped on claims. You don't know where something goes take it to claims. You don't wanna take care of your leaking/broken items just leave it for claims. You don't wanna deal with your deleted merchandise just throw it on pallets and drop off at claims. I thought teams were suppose to take some load off claims and thats why they dropped claims from the top to bottom of pay scale but they just wait til claims isn't there and leave everything for me .

I have watched many videos and training but unless you do it in real life then it is impossible to remember or understand.
WTF ?
Yeah, like watching a video helps with real life. I have also watched a video on how to make a bale (our baler is totally different), I have watched a video on how to use some scanners (we don't have that type of scanner and the interface is different), I have watched a video on how to unload a truck (we don't have a step stool and don't use two people to unload), watched a video on Western Union (our WU terminals are not like the ones used on the video).
I have even watched an active shooter video where the beginning of the video tells you not to click completed until you have an Active Shooter training at your store. We have never had that training. We were told the video was the training. I have watched many videos and training but unless you do it in real life then it is impossible to remember or understand.
Isn’t the bulk of that covered in the computer training courses everyone is supposed to take? Doesn’t everyone have to do that every year?
No one is training people on what to do with broken, damaged, leaking items. No one has trained me on how to put hazmat into bags or buckets so I just leave it for someone who knows. I would do it but my supervisor says to just leave it because they have no time to show me how to do it.
Because it is
Well... because it claims.
