Given all the bad moves of our leadership, it really surprises me that X is not in even worse shape than it is. Sheer luck. What would you say how close is X is to the ultimate failure and rock bottom?

I call it the Xitanic!! Anyone that's seen that movie knows that there are not enough life boats for everyone. Anyone riding the ship down will lose out bigtime! Forget about getting a lump sum payout on your pension if you've been around long enough to even have one. I heard that they are close to... if not already below the 80% threshold and will soon stop giving lump sum payouts! if you are lucky you may get half a lump and the rest in annuity! Good luck Y'all.... I'm out, I got all my dough, and I couldn't be more stress free and happy!

As long as there is a penny to be made the company at the expense of employees will be fleeced by management. It’s always been that way. Managers always did what was in the best interest of their pocket books not the company. This is a 45 year old problem. Nothing new.
Only small things happen at xerox anymore, if anything happens at all.
