Make Analysts and Management who get big pay and do little of essence work in service and claims. Actually do something besides give each other promotions for doing nothing. Organizations deceit $$

Mandatory retirement is the best. Get up, have a cup of coffee, do the things that need to be done, not have a boss, and tell the world to kiss my a--!

I don’t work in claims or underwriting anymore but I spent over 10 years between the two prior to moving into other departments in around 2015. I can say that from 2010-2015 we had mandatory OT the entire time. Every single week. For 5 straight years. I wouldn’t expect it to end soon. BUT, I can also say that I know that there were people who basically said they weren’t going to do it and literally never worked even one day of it. I never had the guts to say I wouldn’t do it, but at least 2-3 people I know did and never got fired. Whether they had decent EPRs or not as a result…who knows. Ymmv.
