After my PDS last year, I really wonder why I’m spending any time filling it out this year. Seems like management will do as they please, even ignoring KO feedback and supervisor input. This place is a real case for MBA programs to study. There is so much wrong going on.

Your supervisor should not force you to remove accomplishments that you have documented. If he/she did, I would encourage you to upload those accomplishments in the "support section" of Career Connect so that it is documented.
I would also print out the email or screenshot from Career Connect showing that your supervisor asked you to delete documented accomplishments. You never know when a hard copy might be beneficial in the future.

My favorite PDS experience was my super making me remove accomplishments that I carefully documented. Good times.
Some of yawl will be offered supervisor positions next year.
Exactly! You nailed it...
@OP+1g8FGfSf - agree with you. After several years of going through it, I had enough and it is time to look elsewhere...trust me!! you'll be happier...
Your fate has already been decided before you go through the process. It’s just completion of the documented legal portion.
KO feedback and PDS in Annandale mean zero, total waste of time and effort. If your RE brace, place is corrupt…
Have you actually ever been in the receiving end of KO feedback? If people even provide it they usually give nothing of any value.
My business classes studied “new coke”, blockbuster, and Montgomery Wards. ExxonMobil would make a great addition.
