Toxic work environment? Outdated technology? Incompetent management? Something else?
For me it's managers who are left to do whatever they want without any consequences. Bullying, yelling at employees, taking credit for work that's not theirs...I've seen it all. This ki--s morale and in turn productivity. This is destroying the company slowly but surely.
Because it's the same managers who were terrible all the way back to NDS. All the great people managers were forced out so these a-s clowns could run the workforce into the ground. Good old boy network. The head of US sales was the worst...HEAR me? Lol
Laying odd people at 60. Now that is just criminal behavior.
