In 2021, EM lay-off many employees across the globe for cost efficiency, but the CEO earns more in 2021? What kind of message are you sending to your employees ?
During bad times, CEO earns more because they have to go through difficult business environment..
During good times, CEO also earns more because they make the company more profitable..
Welcome to corporate America...

All profits will be erased with a Stock Buyback that is as good as burning money.

We must burn the profits in a buyback so that EM has zero savings or emergency fund and therefore can justify more layoffs in next downturn

The game from the executives is to share time with some employees, but keep the money. It is a despicable “norm” for centuries.Town Hall my b@lls!

With Bart gone to keep climbing, the “crown jewel” is just another sunk cost.
You ain’t special, you’re just like any other polluting facility in decay.
If you want to few special, join the green washers at low carbon “solutions”.

As DW said bluntly today - 'American citizens are not our main concern'.
Or, rather, he did not say otherwise when asked.
In Congress.

Clear that all profits will be given to executives. No intention to share good times with employees. We appreciate your sacrifice during the downturn.
