Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

They just manage the fall

In fact, I don't worry about Xerox anymore, nor what will happen to the company in the future because I'm leaving soon, but I can't help but notice that the leadership is actually just managing the decline. They seems to have no intention to get the company back on track or do anything to stop the rapid decline?

It’s been this way for 35-40 yrs. Management fleeces the company at the expense of workers to line their pocket books. Never what’s best for the company. That’s a huge reason that xerox is in this mess.

Why are you still posting on here if you are leaving? Bored much? OR, let me guess…the same poster who starts new unnecessary threads almost daily with some diary statement as if people really give a $hit.

Business model is a failure so they will fleece as much from it as possible (through dividends)
