After the layoffs, admin support moving to GBS, and not backfilling a colleague, I am so overworked. I recently attended a conference and discovered I have 2-3 times the workload as people in other companies. I have complained about my workload internally so much. I don’t want to leave though. Any recommendations?

A vile company if there ever was one. PepsiCo is a textbook case for corporate malfeasance. They will work you literally to death with absolutely no concern. How the rats in NY, TX and IL who run this house of horrors sleep at night is beyond human comprehension. The head rat “smiles” while raking in obscene personal and company profits simultaneously cutting staff at every turn. Run for the hills. This company will rot more than just your teeth - it will rot your peace of mind.

You are in a tough spot. You are overworked, but very dedicated and don't want to leave (commendable of you). Even after mentioning that you have internally complained, nothing is happening. No advice to offer, but sorry this is going on.
You are only overworked if you allow it. Just.Say.No. Do your job, as much of it as you can, every day, and then go home.
Your post is rather cryptic. Who have you been internally complaining to? The fake plant in the hallway? If you are in an "executive" admin role & are attending conferences, you probably don't have to worry about your job going overseas. Your boss will tell you that you are doing a phenomenal job, give you a 5% - 8% raise and give you a fake smile/winky wink. If you KNOW the admins are going to GBS, why would you push yourself so hard to do the work of 2-3 people? Don't want to leave? You leave us puzzled with thosev statements. Never have I heard anyone say "I don't want to leave", more like the exact opposite. The whole post smells fishy....that d@nm hr department is at it again.
