We are one of the highest paid white collar workers in DFW area. If you think you can find a better pay door is always open for you to quit. There are people who work their a** off to get the business running competitively and there are bunch of whiners always wanting more pay without putting the actual hours.
Spend time in the morning with your breakfast and reading news, one hour waste on lunch, go to the gym in the middle of the day and leave before 5pm. Then come here any complain about talent. Yes, you have a talent. Talent wasting people's time.
A lot of talent walked out the door over the last year for higher paying jobs with greater career opportunities. Nobody seemed particularly bothered to change things.
Get paid the same to have a title or have the title and get paid the same?

Maybe let ppl wrk from home.. no one wants to look at the big empty building!
Talent Council sounds like a union to me...
Is that what HR or the MC is calling themselves now? What talent do you need in a one basin company?
