Some are actually doing really good here and maybe even much better than they would be in other companies in the industry. They find a way to work at their pace, not get too tired, not suffer as much stress as others, not to be the target of constant criticism, and even to progress even though they don't put in very much effort at all. - What I would like to know is how they do that?

Why don't you ask THEM? Why post here ? Try not being so negative and the world will be a better place to you
Why do you keep posting these questioning posts? Have you thought of a therapist? If you cannot figure out this question how are you going to figure out the rest of the world?
