I used to feel helpless here because there was absolutely nothing I could do about my manager’s favoritism. Many times I felt miserable just because I wasn’t one of the manager’s favorites. Guess what kind of employees were his favorites? Certainly not those who put in a lot of effort and work hard. But there is no need to feel helpless anymore. There is life outside of this company as well. Unfortunately, this is the only solution because AIG can only change for the worse.
