Many people seem to think that they do not have enough skills to get a better job. This is often not true, because I know a few people who, with very modest skills, got a better paid job with less stress.
I also don't have a particularly good skillset, but I got a much better offer and I'm here for a few more days. It's only now that I see how undervalued all of us have been here.

Job market very competitive tons of work out there. In fact after 19 years with the company as a CDL driver I am putting in my notice tomorrow. Lowes has become a joke and the id--ts they hire are un real!!
I have a widely varied skill set, but as I am nearing retirement, have no ambition to do anything but coast along.
There are help wanted signs everywhere. You should be able to find something that will work for you.
