Everyone here talks about how bad he is, but anyone who worked for Esurance will know that he was a nice guy who genuinely cared about front line claims workers.
He also deserves to be an executive.

He really is great, great at not giving a fu-k about anything but himself
He’s a 1%’er. We’re the peasants working 60 hour work weeks because Allstate’s higher ups decided to lay off most of the claims staff. They eat caviar while we eat Ramen noodles. If he really cared these corporate bigwigs would listen to us and hire more adjusters so we can also have some work life balance with our families. My blood pressure is sky high from the nonstop stress here.
