If your position is in Energy then your pretty much on the chopping block. Medical is being restructured as well as mobility.

They recently started restructuring our office in California last week. First was an operational reorganization of personnel. Basically realigning people by not removing anyone. Next will be Sales and Administration we heard coming in June.

Constantly short staffed, over worked and burned out. Mass exodus out west. Can't find qualified prospects. Getting worse.

Baltimore office is paying these new kids starting salaries that took our senior guys 15 years to get to and these kids work a fraction of the hours the senior guys put in. It's pretty Rediculous. Then they expect us to train these kids while juggling working full time. I'm considering walking out myself in the next few months. This place is getting worse.

They offer new millennials starting packages similar to a 20 year Siemens hard working veteran. It's pretty pathetic. It's no wonder the veterans are running out the doors disgusted.

Why stay with a company that doesn't voluntarily recognize your hard work and achievements never mind give you a raise to off set the highest inflation in US history? Just makes it easy to walk away.
