Our overseas partners have lost write access because ... Germany is close to Ukraine or something; not really sure why. Stateside teammates are losing access arbitrarily because their contracts have expired, though the IQN system says otherwise. Outlook & Office no longer function on my company issued Mac, and all the folks that might have sufficient privileges and experience to fix this have moved on. It took 3 days to disconnect from Comcast since they were all but down, when the network Director they fired would have done this in minutes. This rat is about to abandon the sinking Schwab ship. Sorry, I can't crew it alone.

For those that are not familiar, TOS refers to ThinkorSwim. That is TDA's active trader platform. There is also ngOMS. Next Generation Order Management System. iRebel. Can anyone guess that one. No, not its a reference to Johnny Reb, and the Lost Cause of the South. But is the "next gen" portfolio rebalance system. Get it? Rebel. Rebal? I digress.

Truthfully, I just leave stuff broken in prod now…. I’m not going to go out of my way to fix it or say anything about it. Why should I reward Schwab for their bad decisions? Let the mother fu---r burn.
Yeah, that’s not a troll, those are all very specific issues. Most of those I can vouch for are true. Schwab pretty much cut the prod support team for TOS in half. No backups. Networking stuff is going down and staying down because they laid off the people who knew how that stuff worked. For a company that claims to be risk adverse, they sure are trying hard to tank the company they bought.
