Has anyone heard when we’ll find out about this? According to the previous posts, looks like managers got an email about raises at least. Just trying to see what people know.

Promotions are 9% by count.
Raises but sub-inflation.
So if you think you deserve more then quit and get another job. Don't whine.
to the person asking for effective date - you will know the numbers by end of April, but will be retro effective 3/25.

You will know by end of April. Some departments may get more, but generally speaking 2% seems to be customary. I have seen the spreadsheets.
Not sure what dept. you are in.. but we got 7% flat across the board in our department. At least they matched inflation I would say.
