i really love when half of the doorbuster deals are shipped out on fulfillment before the store even opens; and then the next few days you keep getting fulfillment orders for things that were on sale, and you sold out of, but the app doesn’t update the OH’s so you have to can’t fill half the orders. credit where it’s due, pi----g off in store and online customers at the same time is definitely omni always

Who needs to SELL? Our own brands are so good they sell themselves!
It may be enough to get tasks done. It is not enough to also help customers and SELL!
400 hours is more than enough to get everything done. Do you know how many minutes are in 400 hours? If you stop coming here to complain you might actually get some work done!
What plan works? The one that has stores running on a little more than 400 hours?
If you didn’t have enough workforce to handle the workload that is a clear sign you are not following the plan from corporate. Store level planning error. The stores need to do better. Work the plan, the plan works!
This was so needed. So thankful.
Sure will... Too bad there were no associates to ring the customers out... Cut.. cut.. cut.
And finally a mailer that brought traffic in... But no one to sell to them.. the one person on the floor is ringing... And the manager is pulling Omni orders on wait.. all support staff is off...
