I have seen a big change in the company culture, environment and senior leaders . I am so happy that the company is moving in the right direction . I am proud to be working for a company whose leadership is committed to creating a happy, inclusive and diverse workforce !

As the saying goes, a leopard cannot change its spots. The management team is not capable of changing. If they’re treating people well and being nice, it’s only because e they’re trying to save their jobs. Guaranteed with Newco coming, there will be layoffs amd some of them will get the boot.
This topic is bogus. No one I work with here is happy. My team of 14 people are all checked out doing the bare minimum waiting for a layoff package/pursuing other opportunities. Even my manager told us that when we returned to the office. In a defining moment in the life of the company they entrusted it to a pampered 40-something kid whose very short legacy will be saying the right things and being content with maintaining the regressive culture of old. It is a job seekers market to begin planning an exit..... and if you are entertaining the idea of working for Pembina.. Run!!
