Assessment program is the source of your anger. No human exists who can administer the assessment program without pi----g off those who don’t rank well. Someone has to rank low.

How about the “leader” who moved from Midland to Africa. She is a total joke. Couldn’t set priorities and kept saying everthing was important and needed to be delivered on by the team. No way to Bond a team.

One of them comes from the Facilities department at Permian, he was promoted for a upper position. He was not a man of his word like many people at that company. I am just talking about EM.

The new engineering org and low carbon solutions now have so called pathetic “leaders” and “managers” who are all bred right out of Don-key kingdom. Subservience and incompetency is rewarded

The sad thing is that these people seem to keep getting promoted, and their influence over more people increases. The toxicity spreads and leaves tons of attrition and disgruntled employees in its wake

Don’t feel alone. Baton Rouge is in the same boat. Most but not all exhibit these characteristics. Must be the arrogance of knowing they are now untouchable.

The O&A chemical site in Beaumont has had this toxic Management Environment for years now. This site just seems to recycle the same fears and non-motivational styles of management no matter who comes in to manage this site. The communication between the upper management and the teams is non-existent. First line supervision can't make any dissensions for their teams for fear of punishment (other than giving out discipline Letters). This good ol' boy network coupled with massive overtime and less family time has made this site a toxic environment.
