It would be best for BBBY if they could just squeeze us for the least possible money and also for us to be happy to just have a job, right? To every complaint, the company minions' response is “why don’t you find something else if you’re not happy here”. My answer is that I will not be happy as long as I know that BBBY continues to disrespect the dignity of many without valuing them in the least. Also, an answer like "find something better if you don't like it here" is what actually hurts this company the most, which instead of solving problems, is pushing them under the rug.

You guys are as-----s! It’s true! They push problems off all the time! They blame it on a mgr not prioritizing correctly or not utilizing down time properly but the bottom line is that they have literally broken stores. So quit belittling a valid post!
OMG..Have you EVER worked anywhere else? It is a job..they make the rules..not you..look at other boards here..many of the same issues
If you have a rug on the floor in your receiving department you are not setup per the guideline and will not make your productivity goals.
(in regards to the push broom comment) ever worked in the receiving department before? go ahead and try sweeping with a regular broom and see how long that takes you
The correct term is “sweeping under the rug”. If you are going to make false accusations at least use the proper term. Pushing is simply wrong because nobody uses a push broom indoors. Once again another juvenile complainer that just needs to leave if they don’t like it! They will probably call me a corporate goon too! Whoa, so scary.
