If you are still at Bose you need to leave. It makes me so sad to still see people who haven’t been proactive about their career. Folks consistently getting let go all around them for years. Nobody is safe. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Bose pays under industry standard and job security is non existent. There are ZERO reasons to stay at this company.
I saw pics of old coworkers on social media yesterday at a luncheon with the CEO. How can loyalty be bought with a few deli sandwiches?! Really sad to see people blindly ignoring what’s in front of them. Protect yourself, your family, your career and be proactive about external opportunities.
