While file a earnings report when there are no earnings? Change the name to lack of earnings report.
They are not going to file anything further. Bankruptcy will wipe out common stock and it will be delisted.
Form 12b-25 has been filed today. If i am correct this gives them another 5 working days to file Q4 and 15 days for the annual report.
