There is a guy fooling around at work and the manager doesn't even notice it.
Why does this bother me? It bothers me because the work he needs to do and for which he is paid, is done by others instead.
Why does Denbury protect such lazy and incompetent employees? My only explanation is than the job will definitely be done by someone, and such employees will not progress and thus won’t ask for raises or promotions.
