Lol- previous response regarding salary, hours abuse and having to work every department but your own while getting yelled at about the job you’re supposed to be doing is 💯 accurate.
free is salary exempt. new form of avoiding paying minimum wage. going on in all industry across US. plus of hours scheduled in your dept 50 percent of hours will be worked in other areas of store but still judged on hours charged to your home dept. the exudus has just began.
7 of them. They all took a 50 % pay cut too but hey they get to work at a job that they love. I would work for free at HyVee if they would let me.
