Who gets severance? Are all full-timers entitled to it?

Don’t bet on this. The company has no obligation or legally mandated reason to pay severance.
Yes full-time associates are eligible for one week for every year served up to 10 weeks and their vacation on top of that anything earned
If the answer is yes, how many weeks are awarded?
