Most employees at 3M would have been let go for this type of performance and yet the highest position of the company where the expectations should be the highest and aligned with compensation, keeps collecting millions each year despite dismal results. This is on the board who appears to be a “do nothing” group and why stockholders don’t vote them out is beyond logic?
