If I was someone with authority in this company, it would be very important to me that the employees do not apply here just because they have no other option. But unfortunately, I think most of us are here just because we didn’t have another option and urgently needed a job at the time.

This lowes job is like that gf/bf that you once found attractive and nice but soon became abusive, manipulative, and disloyal. You stay in the relationship because you're hopeful for change but as time goes on you start to feel foolish. You stay because of routine but now you cant stand to be in their presence. Its revolting and humiliating and you start to look for another person to devote your time and attention. Now its unbearable and you feel sui-idal seeing their snide smug arrogant sneer every day. All your family and friends tell you to leave, they bring up how they said "you could do so much better" and "didnt you see what you were getting into?". Now you stop returning their calls, texts etc. You are done. Each day feels better. You are returning to your former self. And you have found that new person who really respects and appreciates you. Get out of this hellhole and never look back.
