When I finally leave, and I hope to leave soon, I think I will miss multitasking the least. I’m really tired of juggling all the store duties I do here, even though they’re not at all in the job description I applied for.

teamwork is assuming there's a team, BBB's multitasking is having to do everyone's job because there is no one else to do it, lol
I think it is that people agree with the comments about the OPs post. I do not feel the posts are negative..I feel they are realistic. The OP does sound (to me) quite the whiner. Part of any job is pitching in..teamwork..not complaining its not in your job description. Maybe the OP should contact the Labor Department or an attorney if they think they have a legit complaint..but they do not
are the negative posters just liking their own comments? the first couple negatives have 10, 11 pluses, and the one sincere answer got a ton of negatives

To the poster saying Goons are Bbby mentality. You know what I think the BBBY mentality is ? People on here constantly complaining oblivious that your complaints happen in a LOT of other stores. People who despite a very strong job market do not seem to want to goo get one. People who makes racist and bigoted posts and think they are funny. People who complain how lazy just about everyone is. WAKE UP! Retail was shifting to online shopping before the pandemic..the pandemic changed the way people shop. MT came in right before the pandemic. It is not 1995 anymore. Most stores do not give the personalized service you used to get. Most stores are short staffed. Things will not go back to 1995. Now instead of saying you are "leaving soon" just leave..but remember your negativity and sense of entitlement will show in your interviews
To actually answer your question and not be an as----e like everyone else…I will miss the people k work with. Most of them have been around a long time and have worked hard for a common goal. I will also miss what we used to be. Which was a well know store with a local twist. That’s what all the stores used to be. I used to take s lot of pride in my job. I wish it were that way still. And you guys are total di-ks for ripping a person for asking a valid question.
Just leave already. Have you never worked anywhere else? Have you never heard of being a team player? And to the d**b poster who thinks anyone who does not agree with all this whining..how old are you? 18? 19?
