Worth noting that I got a ~14% bump from the adjustment in Q4, so not surprised to be on the lower end of the scale here

For everyone here is my breakdown:

Level 8: 12k RSU vesting over three years (annual vesting). 12% hike in pay with the 5% increase.
Received intel offer now gives me 30% hike, QPB-7%; APB-12%; RSU- 30% (vesting over 3years - quarterly); espp@15% discount biannually.

don't want to give specifics, so gave a range for some details... Surprised at the high rating and low raise, especially compared with the data shared here. I guess that's supposed to be supplemented with the RSUs. Zero detail on those by the way. I'd prefer the higher salary instead RSUs because I think I can invest the cash better than $GFS will appreciate. Especially if the RSU price is determined right before earnings.

GF, you're not going to hold people captive with RSUs, especially those people that have no faith in the company's growth. I guess you consider us as lost anyways? Only thing I value at GF is the amount of time off I get. Offer in hand and need to decide. Oh well.

@2myo. Its very similar to other semi-companies. Stock grants, bonuses and annual raises are pretty normal in the industry. At least in my experience.

Does it strike anyway else …. How convoluted all this is?? Like it seems way overtly complicated methodology….. sometimes it feels like it gives the management a way to polish a tu-d. Dress something up in a nice suit when really it’s nothing at all?? Am I the only one who feels this way?
