Why did the bonus % decrease from what we were told a few months ago? Anyone get an explanation?

Heard of three different people walking since the bonus, none at retirement age ... it’s common every year.
Why would they do layoffs after paying everyone out? D-mbest comment ever. Not to mention oil prices.
Now that bonus day has come and gone, how many layoffs are we gonna see soon? Also any of y’all gonna quit now?

You should know by now there will always be reasons to lower the bonus percentage. Whatever shows up in my account is my bonus. I dont listen to ck spew his cr-p.
Had two pretty good spills in the CCA after numbers were released.
I’d blame Brandon honestly.
Just the year end numbers didn't quite track where we were at end of Q3. Probably production down a bit due to weather like Chris said on the call.
