Heard they are doing merit increases in serbia becz employees started leaving in numbers and were finding better pay elsewhere. This is being offset by laying off US based employees. 1 US employee equals 3 in serbia.

Our merit in Serbia is not even 10 dollars. So yeah, not much of an increase.
