Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

PSG and CO

Is mid point (100% CO) for PSG 23 174k? Just trying to see if I should work towards a promotion or a job outside of CVX.

You can find Compa Ratio in Workday if you. click around on Compensation. F#ck, this site is hard to navigate. 2022’s are live yet, and I forgot what it was from when I did my salary actions. For 2021:
Min - Mid (100%) - Max
135,400.00 - 169,300.00 - 203,200.00

Go look in your workday profile and you can see the compensation range for your PSG. The middle number in that range is what would be considered 100 CO

There are jobs posted in workday with psg & pay range. Not sure what CO is posted. It’s required for all Colorado jobs.
