Are they really hiring? Maybe all the new hires are in other departments and just personally haven’t seen or heard of them.

Robert Yi was responsible for all of this…
I don’t think they’re hiring. Their just feeding us a load of sh-t.
I hear Tipsord still wants to cut staff and cut claim costs by another 30%.
I’m not sure what he wants executives to do… staff is retiring and looking for other jobs and it takes 2 weeks to get an appraiser to do anything.
I freaking hope they are hiring. I am tired of hour or more long wait on the phone to fix sh-t uw and ccc constantly eff up.
Our group had a meeting recently, only hiring around the hubs. Limiting the number of GOOD candidates. If you have 3+yrs experience, they should waive the distance requirement. Allow you to work from home. Hire some of these old reps back who thought it was greener on the other yard.
Calling Tipsturd a brother to Putin is an insult to Putin!
Once they get these electric junks on the road, layoffs will come in masses and claims will fall like a rock. Then they can press a button to stop your car so they can extort more premiums.
They're just gonna burn em out faster! You can only put 10 lbs in a 10 lb bucket. Put 50 lbs in it, and it will break. It's just a matter of time. Turn and burn their motto. Make promises they can't keep!
My team in injury added 2 people to replace the 3 that have left the company. We never add staff like we are promised, just replace those that have left. I feel bad for those new injury CS, waking into 260-270 inventories is a rough start.
I heard they hired 400 external claim reps to take care of the overflow
SF diversity is a joke. Since hiring, why dont you hire a new ceo.
Mo--nic planning to get rid of experienced employees to save money then try and hire thousands of new workers to replace. Meanwhile service and policies fly out the door...
They need to hire and train faster. I literally CANNOT work another month of forced OT. They’ll lose what they have if they don’t stop endlessly forcing us to work extra hours to make up for their staffing fu-küp.
