I am hearing severance offered was just 2 weeks this time as opposed to 12 weeks.

Mullet boy said on all hands that everyone would get a bonus, guess not if they bin you
Because it's not illegal to reduce costs nor cut dead wood. And why on earth would you pay bonuses before you made the cuts, if you know they're coming? Sorry, that's the way things work.
