TCO folks - how are things?

Any TCO people on here? How are you holding up with the Russian invasion of Ukraine? Any impacts?

At the first sign of troops on the Katz border I recommend dumping all CVX stock.

Fact - Putin wants to reunite the entire USSR. Ukraine is the current step.
Fact - the Chernobyl plant was one of the first targets taken over in the invasion.

You can do the math on the next steps after Ukraine.

Chevron had ill-fated operations in Ukraine not so long ago, as part of a disastrous European shale campaign that led nowhere in several countries. In Ukraine protestors turned out in force and were roughed up. What a fiasco.

Kaz will be fine as them and Russia are good friends.

Russia will take back what they had before and all will settle down. No one has the desire for ww3 except Putin.

Russia's demise should be good for Kaz.

Yes, we can all read a map, thanks Mr Obvious. Just because they aren’t physically in Ukraine doesn’t mean they don’t have impacts. Checking in on colleagues who live in a country with close ties to Russia, whose currency and economics and supply chain are entwined with Russia, and asking them if they are ok is just the decent thing to do. Why don’t you keep on scrolling if you don’t like the topic?

TCO is not in Ukraine. In fact it is about 1000 km away.
