Had to laugh at HR saying we don’t have a retention problem and it it getting worse after bonuses are paid out.

I already got 1 resignation. Possibility of a couple more over the next couple of weeks…
Planning my escape already. Bonus next week will be the last thing tying me to the company.
The market is great out there. Final stages of 3 interviews - all of which are paying significantly more than FM! No reason to continue to put up with the BS here!
As if they had much talent. Place is a horror show to work for with back stabbing sociopaths in charge.
Excellent employees already leaving, others waiting for bonuses to do so, others not happy with mandatory back to office and would like more flexibility. Not the best policies for retaining any kind of talent.
