Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

No end to incompetence

Dear Simon and Mitch, thanks for basically letting everyone on our team know that we are not valued. You let go the one leader that actually knows anything about their domain. You’re left with the clown troupe. We’re all quitting very soon. Can’t wait to hear how your next incident works out. Remember you did this to yourselves when that day comes.

We are going to be laughing our a sses off

Was intrigued to hear about this website. Very interesting read. I am a spouse of an employee and I can say that Schwab has been the best employer BY FAR we've ever experienced. My spouse is certainly not a clown and is VERY well respected in and out of the industry. We've been through layoffs, mergers, acquisitions etc.... My spouse has been treated professionally and has certainly been acknowledged for hard work and valued. Reading a lot of sour grapes commentary on here to be sure. For the commenter on E being let go, YOU ARE NUTS! Girlfriend was a te---r! On more than one occasion did I want to pull chika aside and tell her to stop giving truly professional women a bad name. It appears to me that Schwab TRIED to give her every opportunity to be a part of the team but she couldn't work with people and was darn near abusive to some. I say, good riddance!

Guess some of you don’t get to witness the daily temper tantrums that Noodles and his YES clowns have. We shall see what happens in a few weeks.

People create an allegiance to individuals because of similar beliefs or values or more common - what they have done for me personally. I sat very neutral on this individual but was evident that her disregard for people that were not in her inner circle was predominant. Schwab won't be defined (whether Blue or Green) on a single technology leader. There is no doubt she had knowledge of her trade. But as a leader - understanding how to utilize that skill and influence others is something you need to have to be successful in any organization.

It’s going to be so much fun watching this train wreck. Clown leadership. Laughing stock of the entire industry.

Mitch is an absolute mo--n, can’t wait to watch that clown fumble his way through some unforced network catastrophe. Another id--t who has managed to fail up at Schwab. He’s in good company with Simon.

Rest assured Indge-boy has it all figured out. He has decreed for it to be all automated. He has snapped his fingers like Thanos. It will be so. Because he knows infrastructure.

Letting her go was one of the d-mbest decisions I've seen yet.

Mitch is just like any other mid level nobody that knows nothing. Hard to distinguish from the pool of mediocrity that is Schwab middle management. The YES pool.
