There will be constant lay offs until the strategic review is complete. You will see team mates randomly disappear from teams.

As in the video. RUN !
The info I heard from a contact in a dept that knows is that rifs will be ongoing as needed with another substantial one in early to mid summer. By then the company will have reached its staffing goals in Serbia as well as WHQ with grads and interns. That target on your back is real, you're just in line if you didnt realize it.
Any idea how many people were impacted by the rif that happened yesterday?
They did a reduction in force throughout NCR and not just GHQ. It impacted all departments and groups. There is also a hiring freeze but they are lifting some of them. Now the push is to hire more Grads and close any Grade 11, 12 roles. They will probably sell the company and leaders will exit.
Not that i am aware of
Any cuts in management or higher levels?
What performance review? Been at NCR for 2 years and never had one
Was it performance review based? I guess not
3 from my team, today
I would just suggest all employees who were not hit to runnn while the market is hot and you still have a job. Period..
I believe all teams are being hit. Please report report numbers here so we can gauge the extent of this RIF. Morale was already rock bottom and this will just add to it. I see a mass exodus in coming weeks as the job market is still hot. Ncr will eventually suffer. Too bad they never learned how to treat their employees like a human and not a number.
What teams are being hit?
4 come from my team today. Told to leave immediately , no advanced notice.
Happened today. Two people I know were let go.
Rifs happening today mostly GHQ based employees. Aware of at least 5 people who were let go. Word on the street is there are more to come.
Today.
My guess there will not be more cuts until after the review of what divisions / groups to sell off. Late Q2 is my best guess. Say good-bye to T&T, Hospitality and Retail/SSCO and Customer Service/Worldwide Logistics (parts). All will be sold to focus on Software for Finance.
Anything before April?
