So all dms who knew how to run our business have been replaced by people who ran soft good stores in malls during the 90's and 2000's. Failed soft good stores... in malls.. Do we see a major problem here? Not one Ever worked in store management in a big box high volume store or company... Ever.. google their names or search on linkdn the brand is burning and this is the solution.. grammar troll sit and shut.....lsr... we keep a daily list of items that customers came in for and leave because we do not have anymore...dozens of calls from customers with complaints about TBS or corporate customer service or lack there of...the flags are deep red miss the old days of people who knew wtf was going on

Our DM has been with the company for a dozen years, so not applicable here. Facts.
i mean, there was plenty of time when things ran relatively smoothly, and we were appropriately staffed and stocked. the company just waited way too long to update the tech and the return policy, and as the costs from those mistakes began to pile up, that's what led to having to bring in MT to stuff the shareholder's pockets while slowly dismantling the company. changing things without understanding them is just speeding the decline up; for example, eliminating top stock and mid stock to 'de clutter' the stores, without having a system in place to replenish our stock quicker to accommodate for not having our own DC's. or turning every store into a fulfillment center without securing a reliable and cost efficient way to get the stores the supplies they need, which leads to customer frustration and declining sales in store and on line especially.
I love reading about the good old days on this page-ahhh to reminisce about the days that help put us in the deep retail shithole we are in now.....
I am a supervisor and anytime a customer complains about our new inventory or lack there of I tell them it is our CEO and corporate office making these decisions. Let them be proud and own their feedback.
how can they even keep track of conversion when the stupid devices keep breaking? i don't think our store's has worked for 6 months
and anytime you get something in store customers actually want, as soon as the truck is closed they all get pulled and shipped for fulfillment
