Pros and Cons of working at L3H

I got mixed feelings after visiting this website, though I was super excited to sign my offer. What are the main pros and main cons of working at L3H in your opinion? Any genuine reasons to say no for an opportunity with l3H, if am currently working for a smaller business?

Thanks everyone.

Take the offer then leave in a week. They are so mismanaged they will most likely pay you for the full month. I know that is what happened with me. It also only took me a few days to realize I needed to get out of there. The clearest sign was the pens and paper were locked up. The office managers couldn't trust the people with stationary, but could them with TOP SECRET government contracts? If this is HR I have to say you job must be miserable and you are awful at it because not one wants to work there. If this is an engineer how much time did they give you to accept your offer? Simple answer can clear some things up for me.

Most definitely the shittyest company ever to work for!

Thank you. That explains the poor relocation package that was offered to me, though I was told that the high offered salary should compensate for that, but it seems to me that there are so many other issues down the road with regard to benefits and bonuses.

"All perks have been eliminated, we lost a holiday and benefit costs have nearly doubled."

My only perk while at L3H was a $25 gift card once a year. Oh, and the $3.00 Chick-fil-A sandwich that arrived cold and was served in our cafeteria with a mini bag of chips, and called our "holiday dinner." HR patted themselves on the back for a job well done, but didn't bother to even thank anyone else in the company for a year of hard work.
I was more than happy to return the favor when I quit in the middle of a shipping crisis with orders backlogged by more than a year. If I'm not valued, then I guess I won't be missed either.

The so-called benefits package is a total joke. Better coverage on the healthcare marketplace site. Literally better in every way.

Thanks @1knv+1fqhQdGe. This is very helpful, especially with regard to the recent resignations.

What's it like? Our entire on-site HR team quit without notice. Our Director of engineering, Director of manufacturing and multiple department heads and managers have left. The CFO jumped ship without giving notice. Managers are on the record saying that they cannot promote from within and that we should quit and reapply. All perks have been eliminated, we lost a holiday and benefit costs have nearly doubled. The part shortages/deliveries mean that your hours will either be cut or mandatory overtime enforced. You will be offered below market pay and if you stay for any length of time it will only confirm to mgmt that you actually are a terrible employee because anyone worth anything at all would have left. Otherwise it's ok.

Apparently, I got the answer without anyone even trying to answer my question. You are not the type of colleagues that I wish to have. There was no reason to attack me that way for simply asking a question here.
Note: That was my first post ever on this website.

How long is this guy taking to decide on an offer?

Here we go again. Same troll. Different post with the desperate question.
This fool thinks that we're all buying the "help me decide" scenario, when it's clearly HR fishing.
