You forget one more point, new hires are also now from SIT not even nus or ntu. Competency is at all time low and will only get worse.

Two points are right here. Firstly, it is never a place for career advancement. All companies aim to make money ONLY. Secondly, technician aka worker bee. Apart from that, don’t expect anything else. If this place don’t suit you. Please give up your seat for other applicants.
