Pros
- It is a big company, so you get good work-life balance. No other pros.
- They will try to entice during interviews saying they offer business travel and international opportunities. Please don't fall for it, it is a scam
- Simply put, the company's main motive in India is to get cheap labor
- What this company demonstrated in the times of pandemic is despicable and disgusting. I won't recommend anyone to join.
Cons
- Lot of backstabbing from managers. Will act very sweet on face, but will stab you in the back during performance assessment
- Management is full of some egotist lying ex-pats from America spitting lies
- Environment has become toxic with a huge attrition rate
- Very low salaries compared to other Industries
- Very poor health insurance with low coverage. Health insurance doesn't include parents
- If you are a college graduate or an early engineer, please don't waste your time here. You are better off joining some other companies or doing higher studies
- If you are an experienced professional, you may spend a few years here, but you will eventually move anyways
Advice to Management
No advice for these company goons. These guys are well aware that no one will pay them this much money for the work they do and thus these guys will do anything to save their skin, including backstabbing some of the most hardworking employees.
