No desperate attempts to keep them here are working. Everybody is seeing the writing on the wall and trying to separate themselves from this place before it's too late. It's kind of fun to watch the upper management panic as they're unable to slow the attrition. It's nice to know that their bad decisions that put us into our current position are finally resulting in some consequences.

No surprise. The current job market is very good for job seekers and Sabre isn't exactly in the pink of health. I'm concerned, however, for people whose skills are not as sellable outside of Sabre.
in the meantime, some ppl who are proficient at boot licking are getting promoted fast. like real fast. Sounds like you are just jealous of them.
