I do hope that corporate see these for the benefit of just maybe they might fix some things wrong with this company.The management NEEDS to be fixed,they are not dependable,don't have your back,can never find them and put more and more work on employees so they can hide and do nothing.Also don't get me started with the $6,000 bonus for these lazy mangers that is just ridiculous,it would have been nice to give everyone the same amount.Im happy to have a job but some things need to be fixed to change the moral

Lowes doesn't cate about employees anymore. You're just a number to be used and abused. Why do you think "do more with less" seems to be getting spread in the stores.
Just wait til you see the changes coming down the pipeline. Anyone who's full time will be getting driven out unless you're a DS. The staffing model will be a 95:5 ratio, 95% part time; 5% full time, and benefits will be getting reduced. Cashiers will be reduced as more and more stores go SCO only. Pro will be running the lumber registers, and a waterer will run the GC register. As XDT rolls out to more stores, receiving will lose half their space to make room for the partnership with "Petco". The plans are written out and approved already.

Corporate doesn't care. They care about opinion of wallstreet, but that is it. This is not me complaining, it is just facts. They hired someone to "be the face" of upper level, c suite diversity, but statistically, if you are diverse you are not making it past store manager at Lowe's. It is a show. So either buy in to the plan or plan to be miserable. But, do not think for one min it will change or that they are what "the show" says they are.
