RSUs for L7 and higher

Anyone know what the RSU awards will look like? Is it a flat amount, based on merit or based on base salary... or a combo of some/all?

@pmnx - I think at least $10k, but not 100%. A couple L7s and a L8 mentioned they vest over three years, though. They also mentioned the price per share was high, but not bad considering the current share price. So basically a few extra $k per year with potential for losses/gains over that period of time

How many RSUs were awarded at L7?

the RSUs offered won't be close to other company's offerings IMO, but it will be enough to entice some (enough?) people to stay. I think the date is March 3rd

anything less than $20k YoY would be easily offset by sign on bonuses and other company's TC offerings right? Hope they realize this

Good question. I'm curious too. Just got an offer and have a few days to decide.

I’ll put the over/under on vesting period at 2 years.
