Make sure that you stay in the good graces of the select few in the management while nodding affirmatively to their every line and never expressing a thought of your own. It really is that simple. If, however, you would like to offer ideas, ask questions, and contradict them in any way, expect to be stuck in your position before you are laid off.

There is no successful career path here anymore. Be happy with your position, it won’t change. If that works out for your career ambition and family’s needs, then you’re in a great spot. Otherwise best look for something else.
I heard the number of boosters and number of masks will be considered in performance and promotions. How much will 10 boosters get me ???

They will promise you promotions “next year” in perpetuity but find any excuse to actually do so. We are a flat org, with flat g&a designed to make the inevitable sale as easy as possible. If you’re not on MC nor a major shareholder then you simply don’t matter. Enjoy the poke bowl in the meantime.

There's no such thing as a promotion anymore. You have to leave the company and take another job just to get raise, much less a promotion. Once you are in a company, they will keep you in that position at that pay forever.
