The HR function has no business providing reorg advice to other business units with the mess in their own house. There is no need for an SVP-level position, period! All of the Senior Directors should be demoted to Director-level and corresponding pay, bonus and equity amounts should be reduced. It's not that hard to fix what's broken! But, you have to be willing to admit it's fubar*

Agree with first post huge redundancies svp level. Hr adds to the COEs though and handcuffs hrbp level.
Well, a GPD and Product reestructure is coming soon.. so at least we have that going ¯_(ツ)_/¯
