Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

Now comes the fun part

Now that more people have been cut while we were already understaffed, we're bound to get to a point where it will become obvious even to the management that more staff is necessary. Then it'll be fun watching BBBY struggle to find anybody with any skills in the market that is as hot as it is now. I'll enjoy every minute of it.

Commenting on previous occupations is not racist or bigoted.

Children have taken over this board. The jokes are not funny. The racist remarks are not funny. Many of the things they day are out and out false. They do not share links to confirm. No one over..say 23 is not going to act like an id--t. Some on here seem to get delight over BBBY loss of market share..who does that? If a friend got ill would you make fun of them. I think the reason they do not leave the company is they cant find another job. Their immaturity shows when interviewing

Do people really find anything funny about the bigoted posts towards MT?

MT never herded Kangaroos, he was a Koala rancher.

"As a long term employee here, it is sad to see what is happening. There have been so many shake ups and lay offs that our district is almost unrecognizable. No one in leadership is familiar anymore. I have no experience or any type of relationship with these people. I have never even met any of these people."

EXACTLY. Same here.

Actually, it is worse than you think. I have heard from multiple reliable sources that the Conspiracy has secretly replaced members of the board with lizard people from outer space, and soon the stores will be run by disgruntled oompa-loompa's, and staffed by drunk gremlins.

Actually, that would be pretty fun to watch...

Former store manager here. The grass is definitely greener on the other side. I hate to see the company I spent decades employed with struggle but they are done. Get your resumes together and bounce sooner rather than later….

Once again, they need to send MT back to herding kangaroos in the land of down under

My store is getting about 15% more hours now due to the cuts. This will be a huge win fir the stores. Thank you MT!

You don't need any skills. Retail is becoming unskilled labor.

Even if they think more people are needed, it won’t happen because we can’t afford it. They are playing financial smoke and mirrors. We don’t even have the products our customers are looking for and when we offer to ship it they just say they can get it faster on Amazon.

And the point of your post would be what? Many places are struggling to find employees..Why would this be "the fun part"? There are SO mamy miserable, immature people on this board.
