Is every store going to the new innovative selling? No managers have said anything to our support or sales team yet. We have lots of associates on the sales and support side with small children and other obligations. Seems like they would tell us to prepare

Don't be sorry, you are being honest.
It’s gonna be like selling and support will be doing the same jobs. Selling won’t be on the doc but will be putting away merchandise and taking care of the floor as far as recovery and put away. Making sure merchandise is out of the stockrooms. Support team will be assisting customers on the registers whenever they can. If there are no hours then support could pick up selling shifts. Most everyone will be starting at the same time so we can take care of the customer when the customer is in the store. All thought our store is mostly busy after 5pm so I’m not sure how that will work out for the team. I don’t have a good feeling about all this I’m just saying what the plan is sorry.
@1opd There will always be a few Macy's in the affluent and high profile areas.
Converting to full distribution centers at some point similar to Amazon. Enjoy the customer face to face while it lasts, soon you all will be in distribution centers packing and shipping.
Not sure if all stores but I do know it’s not officially rolling out until June. So until then, information and b training will start with the store’s executive team then more will be rolled out a little at a time for everyone.
I also would like more details about the Innovation Selling Program.
Can you please explain what 'innovative selling' means?
I don’t know about the union stores.
What will be different for sales associates when we implement the ISP?
I believe next week the store colleagues and CSX’s will find out.
